My Training Style - I'm a pretty relaxed trainer, don't expect me jumping around and shouting. I get results by sitting down and writing a logical training programme based on your needs, and tweaking it as necessary depending on how you feel on the day. The training plan will be progressive and consistent, which is necessary so that you actually see improvement.
